Men's days are designed to be Fun informative events for Fathers, sons,
Uncles, granddads, brothers, nephews, partners, and families. Their will be
a number of Sport and health issues addressed well as counselling and advice on how to keep fit and healthy, family life discussions.
Great Speakers
There will be a number of great speakers at the work shops including
Princess Otasowie Akenzua, who will be giving advice on many aspects of healthy living, healthy eating, healthy foods and nutrition. There will be many aspects of health and sports and how to stay in good heath.
Open day
The day will have many great free therapies, the relaxing head massage, which can help to remove stress leaving you feeling invigorated. There will be many great health stalls and well being related stalls, with many

We had two great events this month In haringey
The events were at the Triangle Children's Young People and Community Centre and Shropshire Hall the participants enjoyed free head massages, nail shaping and painting. Various healthy raw foods. They receive useful information about how to improve health. There was information about gardening and many other activities.
