Community Feast
On the 25th February 2010 we hosted the Community feast event at The Sandbunker in the Sandling estate. There were activities from healthy eating and preparing of raw foods. Therapist who delivered head massage, hand waxing, and nail shaping and painting.
Delicious raw food were provided by Salad Master, washed down by a healthy Sorrel drink which is very healthy and a good source of vitamin C
Many of the participants benefited from the head massage, and many people commented on he impact of these services. The hand waxing proved to be very popular many people found this excellent as well as the nail shaping and painting.
